Duplex Solutions Co. is looking for a creative and passionate Web Designer Cum Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Web Design, UI/UX Design, and the ability to train students on modern web technologies and design principles.
Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
- Create UI/UX designs, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Develop web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for performance.
- Conduct training sessions on Web Design, UI/UX, and Front-End Development.
- Prepare training materials, practical assignments, and project work.
- Guide students through live projects and evaluate their progress.
- Keep up to date with the latest web design and UI/UX trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Web Design, UI/UX Design, or Front-End Development.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- Bootstrap
- Responsive Web Design
- UI/UX Design Principles
- Hands-on experience with:
- Figma
- Adobe XD or Photoshop
- Wireframing and Prototyping
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or PHP is an added advantage.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering UI/UX or Web Design training.
- Portfolio showcasing web design and UI/UX projects.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, or a related field.
