Full Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Preschool / Kindergarten Teacher to join our school as inhouse staff in Kakkanad. This role requires the candidate to stay in the accommodation provided by the school. Free food and lodging are included in the package.
Key Responsibilities (Inhouse Role):
- Live on or near campus and be available for classroom and limited after-hours supervision if needed
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for children aged 2–6 years
- Maintain classroom discipline and a warm, safe learning environment
- Assist during meal times, nap times, and basic daily routines
- Communicate with parents and management regularly
Requirements:
- Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) pass; Early Childhood Diploma (NTT/MTT/ECCE) or B.Ed. preferred
- Prior preschool teaching experience is an advantage
- Good communication in English and Malayalam
- Patience, creativity, and love for young children
- Must be willing to live in the provided inhouse accommodation
