Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹25,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team in Guduvanchery. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, lead generation, or customer interaction. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products/services.
- Qualify and nurture leads before handing them over to the sales team.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead management.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil; basic English communication skills preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates residing in or around Guduvanchery will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
