Role Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support cloud services lead generation through customer calling, email outreach, follow-ups, funnel creation, and coordination with the sales team. The role will focus on identifying potential cloud customers, generating qualified leads, and building a strong opportunity pipeline for the sales team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in Inside Sales, including reaching out to prospects, nurturing leads, and driving conversions
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and outstanding Customer Service skills
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
- Expertise in Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with cloud technology or related IT services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
- Strong email writing and follow-up ability.
- Basic understanding of cloud services and IT infrastructure.
- Ability to identify customer needs and qualify leads.
- Good coordination skills with internal sales teams.
- Comfortable working with CRM, Excel, email tools, and LinkedIn.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective customers to generate interest in cloud services.
- Send introductory emails, follow-up emails, and campaign-based communication to prospects.
- Identify potential customers for cloud hosting, public cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud, backup, disaster recovery, and managed cloud services.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirement, interest level, budget, timeline, and decision-maker availability.
- Create and maintain a sales funnel of prospects, leads, qualified opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions for the field sales or solution sales team.
- Liaise closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads and track opportunity progress.
- Maintain all lead and follow-up details in CRM or Excel tracker.
- Regularly follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Support sales campaigns for cloud, data centre, hosting, backup, DR, and managed services.
- Share daily/weekly reports on calls made, emails sent, leads generated, meetings fixed, and funnel status.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,282.79 per month
