Identify, prospect, and convert new clients in assigned markets.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Prepare competitive quotes, proposals, and product offers.
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Monitor customer orders, deliveries, and product requirements.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market demands.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and sales procedures.
Preferred candidate profile Experience:
- 4-7 years of proven sales experience in the food and beverage industry (FMCG ),Rigid Packaging.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in field sales, account management, and market development.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of F&B product categories, pricing, and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Ability to travel frequently and manage a territory independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
