Job Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) acts as the Director’s right hand, helping manage schedules, meetings, production coordination, client communication, and confidential business matters.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Administrative Support
- Manage Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Schedule meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of Director
2. Coordination with Departments
- Production team
- Design department
- Sales & export team
- Procurement & vendors
- Follow up on orders, deadlines, and project progress
3. Business & Operations Support
- Assist in production planning and tracking
- Monitor important business tasks and deadlines
- Prepare MIS reports and status updates
- Help in vendor communication and negotiations
4. Confidential & Strategic Support
- Handle confidential business information
- Assist Director in decision-making preparation
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
Jewellery Industry–Specific Tasks :
- Follow up on jewellery orders and production timelines
- Coordinate with gold, diamond, and gemstone suppliers
- Help organize exhibitions, client meetings, or trade shows
Required Skills :

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
