Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Graduate / Postgraduate with Commerce and Accounts as one of their curriculums
Must Have Skills:
End-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Accounts Payable knowledge (Invoice processing, payments, vendor mgmt)
Experience in AP operations management & service delivery (SLA, TAT, accuracy governance)
Invoice lifecycle & exception handling
Month-end close & audit support
Exposure to Procure To Pay Process (Vendor set up, Invoice Processing or Payments processing, Vendor queries and Travel & Expense) is mandatory
Good-to-Have Skills:
Banking AP processes
Driving continuous improvement & digital transformation initiatives
Understanding of regulatory / statutory requirements
Driving productivity and cost optimization programs
Candidates with 10+ years of strong experience in Accounts Payable Process
Ability to use MS office I, e Excel and Word
Excellent Attention to detail
Effective communication Skills
Knowledge of SAP Ariba, Snow Application & Concur is must
Good team player with positive approach to work environment.

- Arrange for periodic trainings to the staff to be aware of the changes in the accounting policies and procedures as well as customer specific changes
- Periodic calls and meetings with client to discuss SLA compliance and ongoing plans to improve processes
