We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to ensure that our products, processes, and systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and systems.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure product compliance with specifications.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce defects.
- Maintain documentation related to quality standards, procedures, and compliance.
- Support supplier quality management, including audits and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality frameworks.
- Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- Proven experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Final Inspection.
- Hands-on experience with testing equipment and methodologies.
