Job Summary:
Chetan Group of Institutions is looking for enthusiastic and student-focused Academic Counselors to guide prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admissions, and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on courses, admissions, and career pathways.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Conduct campus tours, counseling sessions, and admission support activities.
- Maintain student databases and admission records.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, sales, or customer relations (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is preferred.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
