Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in managing client interactions, order processing, documentation, and coordination with design and project teams. The role ensures smooth sales operations and timely support for business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and BOQs
- Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and project requirements
- Coordinate between sales, design, estimation, and project teams
- Support sales team in client presentations and meetings
Order & Documentation Management
- Maintain and track sales orders, contracts, and purchase orders
- Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and other sales documentation
- Update CRM / MIS with leads, orders, and project status
Client & Internal Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for client queries regarding products, orders, or services
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Support the sales team in handling complaints or clarifications
Reporting & MIS
- Generate daily / weekly / monthly sales support reports
- Track pending approvals, deliveries, and client feedback
- Provide data and insights to management for decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline, Sales / Marketing preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales support or coordination (freshers can apply)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Interior Design / Retail / Fit-Out industry
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
- Basic understanding of BOQ, quotations, and project timelines
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
