Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and emails
- Provide support in the Marathi language
- Resolve customer issues professionally and politely
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely responses
Requirements
- Fluency in Marathi (Mandatory)
- Basic English or Hindi communication skills
- Good communication and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer handling ability
- Experience in customer support/BPO is preferred
- Freshers can also apply
Pay: ₹10,461.05 - ₹20,000.00 per month
