Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Understand the job requirements and create clear, attractive job descriptions and postings.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ fitment based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Understanding of current market trends and best practices in recruitment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
