Nutricrate is a dynamic, clean-label food startup revolutionizing healthy eating with organic, natural products. We're seeking a skilled E-commerce Account Manager to drive our online sales across major platforms and optimise our digital storefronts for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise product listings, inventory, and orders on Ecomm (Amazon, Flipkart), Quickcomm, and Shopify portals.
- Handle daily account operations, including pricing updates, promotions, seller support tickets, and performance analytics.
- Monitor sales metrics, resolve platform issues, and implement strategies to boost visibility and conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports using MS Office (Excel, Word) and communicate effectively via professional email writing.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing ecommerce accounts on Ecomm, Quickcomm, and Shopify.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (advanced Excel for data analysis) and strong email communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO basics, inventory management, and e-commerce best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset; experience in the food or FMCG sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor's or diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
