- Coordinate the hiring process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting new-hire orientations.
- Maintain and update personnel files, attendance records, and leave balances in the HR Information System.
- Assist the finance team by providing monthly attendance inputs, managing benefits administration, and processing employee insurance claims
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries regarding company policies, grievances, and exit formalities.
- Ensure all HR practices align with local labor laws and employment regulations
- Oversee office upkeep, security, and facility operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
