Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR and administrative functions for our real estate company. Since the organization has a lean team of 10–15 employees, the candidate should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities independently and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and regular HR documentation.
- Handle onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, and statutory compliance.
- Manage employee engagement and address routine employee queries.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Prepare HR letters, policies, and other employee-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Administration
- Oversee daily office administration activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance teams.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Handle travel bookings, courier services, and other administrative requirements.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain office records.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and support staff.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and administration.
- Experience in attendance management, payroll coordination, and recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant HR & Admin experience.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.
