Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-friendly Guest Relations Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities: Welcoming and assisting guests professionally
- Handling customers and helping them seated for dining.
- Ensuring excellent guest satisfaction
- Coordinating with service team and kitchen team
- Maintaining a positive and hospitable atmosphere.
Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasing personality and professional attitude
- Experience in hospitality/customer service preferred
- Freshers with confidence and communication skills may also apply
Duty time: 12pm to 10pm
Transportation is provided
Location: Kottayam
Salary: 20000 per month
