We are seeking a motivated Edu Sales Executive Intern with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to drive lead generation, student counseling, and enrollments for our innovative educational offerings. In this role, you will have the opportunity to promote a range of short practical courses, Augmentik Special Programs, certification courses, and paid workshops. Your consultative approach will be key in ensuring the success of our prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate qualified leads for educational programs and courses
● Connect with students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social platforms
● Understand student requirements and provide career-oriented counseling.
● Effectively guide and convince students to enroll in suitable programs
● Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead → counselling → follow-up → conversion → enrollment
● Maintain strong student relationships and engagement
● Achieve a monthly onboarding/enrollment target of 25–30 students
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
● Track and report daily activities, conversions, and performance metrics
● Suggest improvements in sales strategies and student acquisition methods
