Cloudemy is a SaaS platform built for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), covering Student Management, Assessment Management, Quality Management, Enrolment Management, AVETMISS/NCVER compliance, and Learning Management. We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to own our content, social media, and SEO/AEO strategy - backed by in-house AI tooling built specifically to support this role.
This isn't a "figure it out yourself" position. You'll get structured product and industry training, and access to specialized AI agents (built by our internal AI team) that assist with content research and generation. Your job is to bring marketing strategy, SaaS know-how, and sound judgment - using AI as a tool, not a crutch.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute content strategy across Blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Write and publish blog articles covering our product suite and the RTO/vocational training industry
- Manage social media content calendar, posting, and community engagement
- Apply SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization for AI search like ChatGPT/Perplexity/Google AI Overviews) best practices to all content
- Use AI content-generation agents provided by our team - reviewing, editing, and fact-checking output rather than publishing it as-is
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and topics relevant to RTOs, AVETMISS compliance, and vocational education, feeding these into content planning
- Report content performance and suggest improvements to CTO and CEO
- Give feedback to the AI/engineering team on where AI tools fall short, to help improve them

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in SaaS product marketing (required — non-negotiable)
- Prior experience in RTO, EdTech, or vocational education marketing (strongly preferred, not mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization, content structuring)
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn AEO (optimizing content for AI-driven search/answer engines)
- Proven experience creating and managing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for a business/brand (not personal social media)
- Strong writing skills - comfortable producing blog articles independently
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for marketing workflows
- Ability to think independently - this role requires judgment to validate AI-generated content against real product and industry accuracy, not just publish it
- Self-starter who can research trends and bring ideas to the table, not just wait for direction
Nice to Have
- Experience with basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Understanding of the Indian vocational education / skilling sector
- Basic graphic design or Canva proficiency for social creatives
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
