Responsibilities:-
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Coach team members and monitor performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track sales performance and maintain CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales or team handling experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Target-driven and comfortable working night shifts.
