We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Engineer to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking systems, and technical support activities. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain network servers, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and system-related issues.
- Handle installation and updating of operating systems, antivirus software, and applications.
- Maintain data backup, system security, and confidentiality of company information.
- Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and software problems promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and AMC services.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and licenses.
- Support CCTV, biometric devices, and office communication systems if required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of ERP/software systems used by the company.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Networking, Hardware, and System Administration.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server, LAN/WAN, and firewall systems.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
