Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, operations support, or similar roles
- Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge with experience using Excel, email, and software systems
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Understanding of digital payments, parking operations, or customer support systems is preferred
- Ability to coordinate with field teams and enforcement staff
- Bengaluru resident or willing to relocate
Job Description & Responsibilities
The Customer Service Support Executive – Parking Operations will provide customer assistance and operational support for smart parking services. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving issues, monitoring parking systems, coordinating with field teams, and supporting enforcement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and respond to customer calls, complaints, and parking-related queries
- Assist customers with:
- Parking payment issues
- Ticketing problems
- QR/UPI payment support
- Parking availability information
- Refund or transaction-related concerns
- Monitor parking system operations and verify accuracy of live parking data and transactions
- Identify system errors, operational issues, or field-level discrepancies and escalate them to Field Managers immediately
- Coordinate with Field Managers and Ground Staff for issue resolution
- Support enforcement teams by identifying and reporting parking violations, overstays, unauthorized parking, and operational irregularities
- Track customer complaints and ensure timely closure of support tickets
- Maintain daily logs of customer interactions, escalations, and issue resolutions
- Assist in monitoring parking software dashboards, payment systems, and operational alerts
- Provide operational updates and incident reports to management teams
- Ensure professional customer interaction and maintain high service standards
- Support overall day-to-day office operations related to parking management services
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
