The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role involves administrative support, coordination of office activities, managing supplies, and assisting staff to maintain an efficient and organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation systems
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records
- Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Handle basic accounting tasks like invoices, expense tracking, and petty cash
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience with office management software or ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting
- Time management and prioritization skills
