We are looking for a dedicated and organized Hospital Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily hospital operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
- Monitor OPD, OT, reception, nursing, optometry, pharmacy, housekeeping, and support services.
- Ensure excellent patient experience by addressing concerns and resolving complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors and department heads for daily schedules and operational requirements.
- Supervise staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and adherence to hospital policies.
- Ensure hospital protocols, SOPs, and quality standards are followed.
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor cleanliness, patient care, and departmental performance.
- Coordinate staff training, orientation, and compliance activities.
- Maintain records, prepare daily operational reports, and submit updates to management.
- Ensure timely availability of medical and non-medical supplies by coordinating with the procurement team.
- Assist during NABH audits and ensure compliance with hospital standards.
- Handle emergency situations efficiently and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Support HR and management in implementing new policies and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration.
- Experience in an eye hospital or specialty healthcare facility will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
- Strong attention to detail and patient-focused approach.
