- Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Initiating outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services.
- Sales Closing: Persuading customers to make purchases and negotiating deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with existing customers for repeat business and upselling.
- Script Adherence & Feedback: Following established sales scripts while adapting to customer needs.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries in an Excel.
- Issue Resolution: Handling customer questions, objections, or complaints professionally.
