About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and operations.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, security, and facility staff to maintain workplace standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance.
- Handle courier dispatches and incoming deliveries.
- Manage inventory of office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Assist with employee onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, and appointments when required.
- Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and update administrative records.
- Support different departments with administrative requirements.
- Ensure the office remains organized, clean, and well-maintained.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Administration, Facilities Management, or Office Operations.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and vendor management.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
