About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Manual Software Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing concepts, strong analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring software quality. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates looking to start their career in software testing.
Key Responsibilities

Understand project requirements and software specifications.
- Create, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
- Verify bug fixes and perform retesting activities.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Ensure software meets quality standards before release.
- Maintain accurate test documentation and reports.
- Participate in team meetings and provide testing updates.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
Technical Skills

Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Understanding of test cases, test scenarios, and defect reporting.
- Ability to identify, document, and communicate bugs clearly.
- Basic knowledge of web applications and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with browsers, operating systems, and application testing.
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is an added advantage.
