About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Quality & Revenue Intelligence Analyst to evaluate the complete sales journey and identify opportunities to improve lead quality, sales execution, conversion rates, and revenue performance. The role involves auditing sales calls and demos, analysing lost opportunities, assessing lead quality, and delivering actionable insights to optimise sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit sales calls and product demos to evaluate communication, discovery, objection handling, and closing quality.
- Assess lead quality and analyse conversion performance across campaigns and channels.
- Identify reasons for lost, stalled, and inactive opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify recoverable leads for re-engagement, remarketing, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Evaluate salesperson performance based on call quality, follow-ups, lead utilisation, and conversion.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with sales insights, trends, and improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Quality, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analysis.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead qualification, and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and CRM platforms.
