Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing / PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid ads, and a passion for driving ROI through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (optional)
- Manage daily ad budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
- Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Track performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other tools.
- Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies.
- Manage remarketing and audience targeting campaigns.
- Coordinate with SEO, content, and design teams.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Good knowledge of keyword planning and bidding strategies.
- Experience with campaign optimization and reporting.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Google Ads Certification
- Experience with Shopify / WordPress websites
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Experience in Lead Generation & E-commerce campaigns
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Email Marketing
