Production Merchandiser Profile
Role Overview
- Plan and monitor cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.
- Coordinate between production team and marketing/sales requirements.
- Ensure style‑wise, size‑wise control as per approved plan.
- Maintain daily reporting sheets and escalate deviations.
- Align production output with buyer orders and seasonal demand.
Key Skills
- Garment/textile production knowledge (cutting, stitching, QC).
- Merchandising basics: costing, sampling, buyer communication.
- Strong reporting and Excel/Google Sheets handling.
- Ability to enforce discipline and manage staff.
Experience Requirement
- 2–4 years in garment merchandising or production control.
- Exposure to e‑commerce or fast‑moving apparel brands preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
