Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads for residential interior projects
Handle client inquiries, meetings, and site visits
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team
Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates
Negotiate pricing and close deals
Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and architects
Track sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion
Update CRM and prepare sales reports
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and timelines
Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and project scope
Client handling and presentation skills
Target-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in interior design / real estate sales preferred
