Job Title: HR Recruiter (Digital Marketing Agency)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with at least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT services environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and should be capable of hiring candidates for roles such as Business Development Executive (Online Bidder/Upwork Bidder) and PPC Executive using free recruitment portals and other cost-effective sourcing methods.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Hire candidates for positions including:
Business Development Executive (Online Bidder/Upwork Bidder)
PPC Executive
Other Digital Marketing and IT-related roles as required.
Source candidates using unpaid job portals and free recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/final interview rounds.
Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
Build and maintain a quality candidate database for future hiring.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
Maintain recruitment records and candidate documentation.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
Experience hiring for Digital Marketing Agency or IT profiles.
Strong knowledge of hiring Online Bidder (Upwork Bidder/BDE) and PPC Executive profiles.
Hands-on experience with free job portals and alternative sourcing methods.
Good understanding of recruitment databases and sourcing techniques.
Knowledge of job portals such as:
LinkedIn
Indeed
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets within deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
