Looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and audit & statutory compliance for our manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & onboarding of workers and staff
- Maintain employee records, attendance & payroll data
- Ensure compliance with labour laws & factory regulations
- Handle audit documentation (FSC / internal / external)
- Support CAR closure and audit readiness
- Manage EHS records, training & compliance
Requirements
- Graduate (HR preferred)
- 2–5 years experience in factory HR + audit handling
- Knowledge of labour laws, payroll & compliance
- Strong documentation & coordination skills
Preferred
- Experience in FSC / ISO / factory audits
- Exposure to manufacturing environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,358.52 - ₹25,000.00 per month
