Key Responsibilities:
- Guide applicants through the enrollment and registration process.
- Review applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Collect, review, and verify required documents, including identification proofs, educational certificates, and background verification records.
- Maintain accurate personnel records in HR and recruitment databases.
- Ensure all candidate information is properly documented and updated.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of security personnel.
- Follow up with applicants regarding missing documents and enrollment requirements.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Experience in recruitment, enrollment, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
