About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development of next-generation drone systems integrated with advanced camouflage materials. This role will drive end-to-end technology strategy—from R&D and system architecture to scalable deployment.
You will work at the intersection of aerospace, material science, and product engineering, building innovative solutions with real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall technology vision and roadmap
- Architect and oversee drone system design and integration
- Drive innovation in camouflage technologies integrated with flight systems
- Ensure seamless alignment between hardware, materials, and software systems
- Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, product engineering, and data teams
- Oversee prototyping, testing, and scalable production
- Establish best practices for performance, safety, and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders for strategic partnerships and product deployment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, or related field
- Proven experience in drone/UAV systems, robotics, or advanced hardware systems
- Strong expertise in system architecture and integration
- Experience leading technical teams and product development cycles
- Deep understanding of flight systems, sensors, and control mechanisms
Preferred Skills
- Experience with camouflage technologies, stealth systems, or adaptive materials
- Knowledge of embedded systems, IoT, and real-time data processing
- Familiarity with defense, surveillance, or industrial drone applications
- Prior experience in startup or deep-tech environments
