About the Role ALSOFIA Wellness Pvt Ltd is expanding across India and is looking for dynamic Area Sales Managers to build strong distribution networks and lead sales growth. Key Responsibilities Appoint and manage Super Stockists and Distributors. Recruit, train, and motivate Sales Executives. Develop retail and wholesale sales in the assigned territory. Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage. Build long-term relationships with distributors and retailers.
Eligibility Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharma, Wellness, or Consumer Products. Strong communication, leadership, and field sales skills. Ability to travel within the assigned territory. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Compensation Attractive salary based on
