We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments or closing sales over the phone.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (additional local languages are a plus).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) or CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Resilient, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
