Gautam Technocast is a leading manufacturer of Grey Iron and SG Iron Castings, serving automotive, agriculture, hydraulics, and engineering industries. We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to strengthen our recruitment function.
Position: Talent Acquisition ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and maintain recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering recruitment preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Good MS Office and reporting skills.
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA (HR) Preferred
Experience
- 3 to 5 Years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
