Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for Non-IT requirements across industries such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Engineering, Logistics, Administrative, and Business Professional domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and database searches.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview processes.
- Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Ensure timely submissions and achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing requirements.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of US Staffing and recruitment process.
- Experience working on Non-IT roles for the US market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
