: Accounts & Data Management Assistant

## Job Summary
We are looking for an **Accounts & Data Management Assistant** to support our Textile Manufacturing operations. The role involves maintaining accounting records, managing ERP data, tracking yarn inventory movements, and ensuring accurate documentation of inward, outward, and production-related processes.
The ideal candidate should have accounting knowledge, strong data management skills, excellent written communication in English, and an interest in learning textile manufacturing processes.
## Key Responsibilities
### Accounts & Financial Data Management
* Maintain accounting records in Tally Prime.
* Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
* Prepare invoices and maintain billing documentation.
* Assist with bank reconciliation and basic accounting activities.
* Support GST-related entries and documentation.
* Maintain accurate financial data and reports.
### ERP & Textile Data Management
* Manage daily data entry and updates in the company ERP system.
* Track yarn inward and outward movements.
* Maintain yarn stock records, inventory balances, and material tracking.
* Record and monitor material movement through different textile processes.
* Ensure accuracy of stock data, production records, and operational entries.
* Generate reports and maintain proper documentation for internal tracking.
### Documentation & Coordination
* Maintain organized records of transactions, stock movements, and operational data.
* Coordinate with purchase, production, stores, and accounts teams.
* Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
* Prepare reports using ERP systems and MS Excel.
## Required Skills & Qualifications
* B.Com qualification preferred.
* 1–3 years of experience in accounts, data management, ERP operations, or similar roles.
* Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, billing, and basic accounting.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Good data entry speed with high accuracy.
* Basic understanding of textile industry processes preferred.
* Willingness to learn textile manufacturing operations and ERP systems.
* Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications in daily work will be an added advantage.
* Responsible, detail-oriented, sincere, and capable of handling independent responsibilities.
