- Job Postings: Drafting and publishing job advertisements on company career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Resume Screening: Reviewing candidate applications to identify suitable matches for open vacancies.
- Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and sending out offer or rejection letters.
- Background Checks: Initiating pre-employment screenings and managing compliance documentation.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- New Hire Setup: Assisting with the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and employee handbooks.
- Orientation: Helping coordinate new employee orientations and training sessions.
- Database Management: Updating company databases (HRIS) with new employee contact information, role changes, and employment details.
Administration & Employee Relations
- Time & Attendance: Tracking daily attendance, managing leave requests, and verifying payroll-related data (such as absences and hours worked).
- Employee Queries: Answering foundational staff questions regarding policies, procedures, and basic benefits.
- Company Culture: Assisting the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and company events
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
