Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic R&D Intern to join our Product Development team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to formulation development, product testing, and innovation within the personal care industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in formulation trials and product development activities.
- Support stability studies, documentation, and sample management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, and NPD.
- Maintain R&D records, reports, and laboratory documentation.
- Conduct market and competitor research for new product development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Prior internship experience or academic exposure to the personal care, cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
