Roles & Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements, current processes, and pain points.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce configurations and customizations.

Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and desired Salesforce functionality.

Own the creation of user stories, process flows, wireframes, and solution documents.
Presales Consulting:

Act as the face of the solution during client pitches, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses.

Partner with the sales and delivery team to craft customised Salesforce solution proposals.

Conduct detailed product demos tailored to client industry, processes, and use cases.

Prepare estimation models, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps.

Participate in client discovery workshops and lead consultative conversations to position Inno Valley Works as a trusted advisor.
Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce solution engineer / Presales/ Consulting roles.

Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least one additional product (e.g., FSL, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead workshops, demos, and discovery sessions confidently.

Proven experience in crafting proposals, SoWs, and solution decks.
