Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality online classes in a one-on-one or small group setting
- Create engaging, concept-driven, and student-friendly lessons
- Adapt teaching strategies for remote learning environments
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents when required
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Prior teaching experience in the respective subject and curriculum (at least 2 years)
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills in online settings
- Ability to engage, motivate, and manage students remotely
- Comfortable using digital teaching tools and platforms
Technical Requirements
- Laptop or desktop computer
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Pen tablet / iPad or equivalent digital writing tool
- Webcam, microphone, and a distraction-free teaching environment
