About the Role
Dutees is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Revenue Executive to support the sales team in driving revenue growth, managing sales data, tracking performance, and ensuring efficient execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to maximize business revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
- Track revenue generation across customers, channels, and territories.
- Prepare sales reports, revenue analysis, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Support pricing, quotations, and commercial documentation.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to improve revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and customer support teams for smooth order processing and revenue realization.
- Assist management with forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue management, business analysis, or sales support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Good understanding of sales processes and revenue tracking.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with data and generate actionable business insights.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in apparel, textile, manufacturing, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
