As an Inside Sales Executive / Lead Generator, you will be a key contributor to our Enterprise Sales team-focused on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing business opportunities. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, articulating our service offerings, securing interest, and handing over qualified leads to the senior business development team

Research and identify key decision-makers across mid to large-sized enterprises using platforms like LinkedIn and more.

Initiate outbound calls and email campaigns to introduce our loyalty, rewards,and engagement solutions.

Understand client pain points and qualify leads based on industry fit, readiness, and intent.

Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.

Set up discovery calls for the enterprise sales team and support in calendar coordination.

Share periodic reports and insights on lead quality, conversion patterns, and market feedback.

1–3 years of experience in inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS digital services, or enterprise tech).

Confidence in making high-quality outbound pitches and handling objections professionally.

Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms,Google Workspace, and MS Excel.
