Our products are in high demand with Original Equipment (OEMs) & Machinery Manufacturers working in industries like Steel, Cement, Textile, Printing, Packaging, Infrastructure, Material Handling etc. PAN India.
As we gear up for our next growth phase, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will assist our organization to increase sales and market share.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and achieve Sales Targets - Revenue, Territory & Market Expansion
- Develop and Retain Sales Team
- Payment Collection
- Resolve customer complaints ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify new product development, clients, applications and territory opportunities
- Train Sales Team
- Regularly monitor the performance of the Sales Team.
- Gather, analyze and present market intelligence.
- Maintain and update Sales MIS and CRM
Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualification:
Preferred
- Any Graduate
- B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field will be preferred.
Acceptable
- MBA Marketing
- B.Sc. Engineering
- B.Com with strong Industrial Sales experience
Experience:
Minimum
- 5 years industrial sales (product sales)
- 3 years team handling
- Candidates with experience in sales of industrial brakes, clutches, electric motors and gearboxes will be preferred.
- Candidates with proven track record and experience in OEM development and Dealer Development will be preferred
Other Requirement:
Candidate should be willing to travel extensively.
