Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and experienced AI Video Editor & Content Creator who is passionate about creating engaging marketing videos using the latest AI tools.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in video editing, AI video generation, AI voice tools, and content creation. While marketing knowledge is important, the primary focus is creating high-quality AI-powered video content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality AI-generated marketing videos for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Use AI tools for video generation, voiceovers, avatars, lip-syncing, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, and brand storytelling content.
- Convert written content into visually engaging videos using AI platforms.
- Design eye-catching thumbnails, graphics, and visual assets for marketing campaigns.
- Create image content using AI design tools.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, video trends, and content creation techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.
- Analyze competitor video content and develop better, more engaging marketing creatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and AI-powered content creation.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI video generation tools.
- Experience using AI voice generation and voice cloning tools.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Flux, Leonardo AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, video pacing, hooks, transitions, and audience engagement.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of AI marketing, branding, and content strategy.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and content optimization.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience creating videos for international clients.
