Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience and strong E-commerce marketing knowledge to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, increase website traffic, and drive online sales through various digital channels and e-commerce platforms.
The candidate should possess hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, online marketplaces, and website optimization, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other online platforms.
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM, PPC, display advertising, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Optimize marketing campaigns based on performance metrics, customer insights, and ROI.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using analytics tools.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
E-commerce Management
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website to improve user experience, conversions, and online sales.
- Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing updates, banners, promotional campaigns, and inventory coordination.
- Work on major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or other B2B/B2C platforms.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure product availability and smooth order processing.
- Improve product visibility through marketplace advertising, SEO, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, abandoned carts, and conversion funnels to maximize revenue.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Manage social media calendars, audience engagement, and community management.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, photographers, and external agencies for creative campaign execution.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional offers.
- Segment customer databases and improve customer engagement through personalized communication.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
- Track KPIs including website traffic, ROAS, ROI, CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales, Product, Design, and Management teams to align digital marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, e-commerce technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Hands-on experience in managing e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools.
- Knowledge of website content management systems (WordPress or equivalent CMS).
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer journey analysis.
- Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Commerce, or a related field.
- Undergraduate candidates with relevant experience and strong digital marketing expertise may also apply.
Experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce Management.
- Experience in performance marketing, online sales growth, and marketplace management is preferred.
