Job Title: Fitter / Cable Tray Fitter
Job Responsibilities:
- Install and fabricate cable trays, supports, brackets, and structural materials.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and layouts.
- Perform cutting, drilling, grinding, and fitting work.
- Carry out cable tray installation as per approved drawings and site requirements.
- Measure and align materials accurately before installation.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Coordinate with electricians, welders, and supervisors at the work site.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow site safety procedures.
- Complete assigned work within the required schedule.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Fitter or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of cable tray installation and fabrication is an advantage.
- Ability to work at project sites across India.
- Hindi-speaking candidates preferred.
2. ELECTRICIAN
Job Title: Electrician / Electrical Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, cables, panels, and electrical equipment.
- Perform cable laying, cable dressing, glanding, and termination.
- Install cable trays, conduits, supports, and electrical accessories.
- Read and understand electrical drawings and SLDs.
- Carry out panel wiring and electrical connections as per drawings.
- Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Identify and rectify electrical faults.
- Use electrical tools and testing instruments safely.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians at project sites.
Requirements:
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of panel wiring and cable termination is an advantage.
- Willingness to work at project sites across India.
- Hindi-speaking candidates preferred.
3. WELDER
Job Title: Welder / Fabrication Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fabrication work according to drawings and site requirements.
- Carry out ARC / MIG / TIG welding as required.
- Fabricate cable tray supports, structures, brackets, frames, and other components.
- Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, and finishing work.
- Check welding joints and ensure proper alignment and quality.
- Operate welding machines and related tools safely.
- Maintain welding equipment and work area.
- Follow approved welding procedures and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with fitters and supervisors to complete assigned work.
- Follow all site safety and PPE requirements.
Requirements:
- ITI Welder or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Practical knowledge of welding and fabrication is an advantage.
- Ability to work at project sites across India.
- Hindi-speaking candidates preferred.
4. HELPER
Job Title: Electrical / Fitter / Welding Helper
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist fitters, electricians, and welders in daily site activities.
- Handle and shift tools, cables, trays, materials, and equipment.
- Assist in cable tray installation and fabrication work.
- Support cable laying, material preparation, and site activities.
- Assist technicians during electrical installation and maintenance.
- Maintain proper housekeeping at the work location.
- Follow instructions given by supervisors and technicians.
- Use basic hand tools safely after proper instruction.
- Follow all company and project safety rules.
- Complete assigned work efficiently and responsibly.
Requirements:
- 10th / 12th pass preferred.
- Fresher candidates can apply.
- Basic technical knowledge is an advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work at project sites.
- Willingness to travel and work across India.
- Hindi-speaking candidates preferred.
