About the Role
Uni-Com Group of Companies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intermediate CA (CA Inter) professional to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and business finance while working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in filing returns and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Coordinate with various departments for financial data and reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA Intermediate (Both Groups/One Group Cleared).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
